Refund Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services provided by HERS Routing Solution. By requesting or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
SERVICE CONFIRMATION
All service requests are subject to confirmation by HERS Routing Solution. Services are not considered confirmed until acknowledged and scheduled by our team.
CANCELLATIONS
Clients may cancel scheduled services by providing notice prior to dispatch.
• Cancellations made before driver dispatch: No charge.
• Cancellations made after driver dispatch but before pickup: A cancellation fee may apply.
• Cancellations made after pickup or during transit: Full service charges may apply.
Same-day or STAT service cancellations are subject to higher cancellation fees due to
resource allocation.
NO-SHOWS
If a client or pickup location is unavailable at the scheduled time, the service may be
considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable and may be billed in full.
REFUNDS
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds may be considered only if:
- HERS Routing Solution fails to perform the confirmed service, and
- The failure was not due to incorrect information, client unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control.
Approved refunds, if any, will be issued using the original method of payment within a
reasonable processing period.
NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Completed services
- Services canceled after pickup
- STAT, rush, or same-day services
- No-show appointments
SERVICE DELAYS
HERS Routing Solution is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, facility delays, emergencies, or inaccurate information provided by the client.
PAYMENT DISPUTES
Any billing or payment disputes must be submitted in writing within a reasonable
timeframe after service completion. We will review and respond promptly.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
